我以前都是双臂向外打开,腰、背部自然放松,无收腹概念。而且疲劳的时候,肘会内翻僵直。</P>
<>林家塘一行,可以练习收肘内压(平地和爬坡)。现在已经可以做到全程骑行该姿势不变。</P>
<>但是对于收腹,仍然不知道如何去做,甚至不知道是否需要。下午尝试了一个姿势,收腹挺胸直背。速度是上去了,踏频也上去了,但是背酸得不行,而且几乎是咬牙切齿去保持速度和踏频。肯定不对,有谁能指导一下?或者一起探讨</P></DIV>
